• Apna Table connects users with restaurants but does not guarantee availability.
• Restaurants may confirm, reject, or modify your reservation.
• Misuse or repeated no-shows may result in account restrictions.

Intellectual Property

All branding, content, UI elements, and media on Apna Table belong to us. Reuse, distribution, or modification without explicit permission is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Apna Table provides its services "as is" and is not responsible for restaurant errors, cancellations, delays, or damages arising from platform usage.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or misuse the platform. We reserve the right to act at our sole discretion.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
